Under this policy:Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made up to 3 days before the trip. After that, bookings are non-refundable.You may reschedule to another trip/date (subject to availability) if you inform us at least 3 days in advance.
No refunds will be issued if the traveler: Fails to show up at the designated departure location Arrives late and misses the departure Voluntarily exits the tour after it begins
If a tour is cancelled by EXPLORIA SELECT due to weather conditions, operational issues, or insufficient participation: You will receive a 100% refund Or you may reschedule or transfer your booking to another available date/tour at no extra charge
Refunds will be processed and credited within 1 to 5 business days. Funds will be returned to the original payment method. International refunds may take longer due to bank processing times
